Always good honest and friendly service at this place. Had scheduled an alignment and while there I had them do a complete an oil change and also fix an alert indicator for my TPMS system. Costco had just replaced tires and faulty TPMS monitor, but couldn’t extinguish the alert light. KAC techs were very knowledgeable about this issue and took care of it for me. Very reputable place for car service. Have used them for 10+ years.

I am usually able to sit in my car during an emissions test. These folks said give us a few minutes, took my car keys, and disappeared behind a door with my car. I was really, really nervous for the 30 minutes I had to wait. Don't say a few minutes if it's 30 and why can't I be with my car while you test it? Test was fine. But it's not necessary to keep a car half an hour for a test and if it is, say so that way the customer doesn't get anxious.

Best place in Atlanta to get your car worked on. I trust the Kennesaw Auto Care team to be trustworthy and make me feel comfortable when in their shop. As a woman, it’s easy to feel like I could be taken advantage of but never with this shop! Highly recommend 👍
