I rarely write glowing five-star reviews, but Kennesaw Auto Care Center deserves it. I was referred by a friend initially, and I have come here many times since. Both my car and my friend’s car have been serviced here with excellent results. The shop is clean and welcoming, and the team, especially Jason (manager) and Bill (assistant manager), are kind, meticulous, and transparent about everything they do. As someone who knows very little about cars, I appreciate that they take the time to educate you, explain what truly needs to be done, and help you avoid unnecessary costs. For my first visit, I came in for a second opinion after another shop told me I needed very expensive repairs, which Kennesaw quickly and honestly corrected. Most recently, I went in because my steering wheel was jerking after hitting a pothole on 85. Jason walked me through the issue and provided both a plan A and a plan B in case we needed to replace both tires, or one but here was the plan. I now consider this my go-to shop and drive nearly 40 minutes from Midtown to come here. I do that because they do what is right, are genuinely kind, and their level of integrity is rare. You pair that with knowledgable and a family-owned business, it is worth the time and peace of mind. As a female who knows very little about cars, if you want an auto shop you can truly trust and who does good work, this is the place.
