Great customer service. Friendly staff. Brought my vehicle in for a Carmax warranty issue. The technician identified another issue and they contacted the warranty office and verified it was covered as well. Great communication and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle without me having to contact them. Will be using them for future repairs.

My son’s electric car seat was stuck right on the steering wheel and he is 6’1” and away in college! Corey and his crew fixed it at an amazing cost so my son could drive safely. I’ve called here a few times with various questions and concerns. Corey always knows the answer and helps without hesitation. Recently, I took a car in last minute for a tire patch. I dropped it off planning on picking it up the next day. They finished it within an hour and I picked it up right before closing. I will certainly be back with any future auto work.

Love love Kennesaw Auto. Been with them for over 15 years and they are so nice to work with. Have not had one issue with them and they take care of all our automobiles. Don’t overcharge and especially do not push “extra”services like other facilities. Very trustworthy.
