The quickly diagnosed my cars AC problem and got the parts in a couple of days. Then installed in a few hours. They also sent a driver to pick me up when the job was done.

Honest, reasonable and efficient. They suspected my brakes might be low but once they took a closer look w/ my permission, instead of other places that would upsell, they saw they were just fine and didn’t try to push getting new brakes.

The Kennesaw auto team was great. I primarily dealt with Corey. Interactions were straightforward and honest. The guys up front have some age on them (more mature) and it shows in a good way. Each is likable and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and they made after hours pay and pickup effortless. The triage was straightforward and I wasn’t upsold at all (other shops have tried in the past and that is a major pet peeve of mine). In fact I was told exactly where the life of the part was and I could make the call either way. Very professional and top notch. The lobby is clean and the grounds are well manicured. 10/10 would recommend.
