Our daughter's engine stopped while driving in Kennesaw, GA. Kennesaw Auto was the nearest AAA approved shop. Her mother and I live in Augusta, GA. After repairing the vehicle, I had questions concerning the pricing, both parts and labor, and repairs done. Jason, GM, contacted me, acknowledged how the bill was a somewhat unclear, understood my concerns, and appreciated my inquiry. He proceeded to clarify the bill, and, offered a satisfactory solution. I brought a preowned truck to Kennesaw Auto Center this week for an inspection, to make sure I hadn't bought myself a bunch of problems to repair. Scheduling an appointment through the website was very easy and convenient. The team at the shop made me feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door and I was treated with the upmost respect. Their waiting area was clean and comfortable, with WiFi available so that I could get some work done. Overall, the shop looked great, but more importantly, the people were outstanding. I now have peace of mind with my (new to me) truck. This is a shop I would send my wife or mother-in-law to. Thank you guys!

This is where I get all of my cars serviced. There are more times that I come here that they tell me I don't need to certain services, than ones I need to do!

Took my wife's car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake replacement. Despite not setting up an appointment beforehand I was in and out! Moreover, without me mentioning anything, they took care of a paint scuff on the bumper. Great service and will will definitely be returning for future needs!

I have used them several times in the past few years. I have been very happy with their service. Their prices are fair and they guarantee any work they do for 24 months or 24k miles. Tim who works the front office is always very helpful. Definately recommend.

My husband found KAC on Google after my daughter's car broke down on the way back to Kennesaw State university. My husband explained to them we lived 5 hrs away and he would only be in town that day so they started diagnosing the car. They kept in constant contact with my husband throughout the process. They were upfront with him on pricing and what they felt was the issue. They kept the car an extra day to make sure everything was good. My daughter noticed a leak a few days later. She took it back to KAC and they immediately looked at it and repaired it. We are thankful to have found a place that is knowledgeable and that my daughter can feel comfortable taking her car in for any repairs.

I’m new to the area and needed some work done on my car. I found this shop via google and saw all the great reviews. My experience with Kennesaw Auto Center was exceptional!! I was thrilled to find that all of the positive reviews were true. They were super friendly and accommodating, willing to work with my budget and realistic expectations of having an older vehicle. They weren’t trying to talk me into fixing up my beater car, just willing to do the repairs to safely get it back on the road for a really good price. I will continue to go this shop and recommend anyone who needs a new shop!

I have known Jason for many years and trust him with all of my vehicles.
