My experience at Kennesaw Auto Center began with my vehicle breaking down just off I-75 as I traveled to my new home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Because it was unusual, a 2000 VW EuroVan, I was very specific with AAA about needing to go to a qualified repair facility. The tow truck driver assured me that I was going to the best place in town, and he must have been right! The manager, Jason, my technician, Mark, and the other service people there, including Tim, could not have been more kind. For this trip I also had a 15 foot U-Haul with a driver, because my husband had had concerns about my driving alone that great a distance. Jason showed a great deal of concern about how I would manage, did I know where I could get a hotel, etc. The way they treated me was like I had lived in the town and had been fixing my cars there for years! They kept me from feeling totally depressed over what had happened! They couldn't fix the van that afternoon, it was already past 3, and it needed a part. But they had it ordered and on its way and fixed the vehicle before noon the following morning. HOWEVER, I was moving 8 cats in 5 giant cages. They recommended a La Quinta hotel to me that took pets. Because it was such a serious situation, and I could not afford to have the (155,000 miles on it!) vehicle break down later in the trip, I decided to take them up on their offer to leave the van a while longer. This would give them time to drive it some more and diagnose any other issues it could be having. They drove the vehicle to and from their homes and all over town for the next week and a half, until I could send someone to fly up and get it. The final bill was surprisingly low, especially considering how much of their time they used trying to diagnose issues on a 17 year old vehicle. I simply cannot say enough about Kennesaw Auto Center, and the professionalism and kindness of their employees. Because of them I will always look up the closest Napa Auto Repair every time I need service on our 3 vehicles going forward. I want to quickly mention that the facility was cleaner than my own house and had a large, spotless, well-furnished ladies room. The waiting room was comfortable and I was kept from worrying by a delightful chat with two retired men also waiting for their vehicles. They also assured me that I was very lucky that AAA had taken me there. Anyone living near Kennesaw Georgia should be sure to take their vehicle to Kennesaw Auto Center.
