My Audi Q7 needed back brakes and I didn't want to take it back to Jim Ellis after the way the service phone operator treated me. Jason was very nice and confirmed that they were able to work on my Q7. Most shops said they couldn't. Turned out that I needed front and back brakes: Cost at Audi $2,000 Cost by AutoCare Center - $1,240 ( almost half ) It has been about 2 weeks and brakes work great. One day service and even arranged a rental car discount - pick up and delivery at AutoCare Center. They are great. I will return. Tom P.

Great work, but a bit expensive. If you aren't in a rush to get something done, shop around or learn how to do the repair yourself.

I have been driving the extra distance for years, just to have this shop take care of all of our cars. They always respond immediately to any email or telephone request, get me in quickly for service and are extensively detailed when work is needed. I could never think of going anywhere else!

My family and extended family have been using Kennesaw Auto Center for at least 15 years. We have always had excellent service. KAC is the only mechanic that I trust and they have proven their integrity again and again. I will continue to give them high recommendations because they demonstrate professionalism consistently.

Hands down the best service. Very honest, even took me out to look at a few things on the car but did not try to push me in to buying anything. The folks have an A rating on Angies List which is where I found them. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Told me and taught me allot more than the folks at Roswell Auto Center (they too are highly rated on Angies)

Seems like a trustworthy mechanic, which can be hard to find. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My brake pads were squeaking. I took my car to another mechanic that told me my calipers were bad, so I took my car here for a second opinion, and they looked carefully at the exact same caliper that the other mechanic said was bad, and let me know that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Basically, this mechanic saved me from being taken for a ride by another mechanic. They did my pads the same day, and threw in a tire rotation for no charge. I even got a thank you letter from them in the mail a couple of weeks later with a coupon for 10% off my next visit, so that was a nice touch.

I really like this place. So far (luckily), I've only had to take our cars in for routine check-ups. With that in mind, I've always found their prices to be fair, their service to be excellent, and I don't feel that I've ever been upsold on unnecessary services. In fact, the last servicing I got on my car there (30,000), the technician said that it was in great shape and nothing needed to be done outside of what the 30,000 mile tune up consisted of. In the end, I know that places like Jiffy Lube and Express are cheaper (and faster), but I personally feel that leaving this place, the work is done properly. Besides, I've never been to a Jiffy Lube in my life where they didn't try to get me to change my air filter (even if I just had it changed at the last tune up!).
