If I could give this company 100 stars I would. Talk about service, knowledge and respect. They have/give it all. I came to them frustrated about a previous experience with another auto repair company and they renewed my faith that everyone is not the same. They rose to the challenge of getting my car repaired and communicated with me every step of the way. Jason communicated to me with compassion for my situation and showed a genuine interest in making sure I was satisfied. I am thoroughly impressed with the excellent service and I am happy that I found them. Where have you been all my life? :-). Not only do they give great service, their waiting area is clean and they offer free wifi, tv and beverages while you wait. They deserve every positive review that you see on Yelp and I want to tell everyone I know about them. Keep up the good work!

Unbelievable. So thankful for the kind and hard working staff here . My car arrived at 10am today with the battery dead and broken terminal . By noon I was called and quoted 230$ for the total . The terminal my car requires is why it was 230$ . Jason was extremely informative and professional . He even offered to come get me if necessary. This is where we will continue to do our car maintenance. Update .... was called back when car was done and Jason told me that the new total is 213.33. In an industry and society where so many would do what they can to call and tell you why it's MORE expensive it was wonderful to receive that update ! Thoroughly impressed with both the customer service and maintenance on my car !

I love these guys. My family has been taking our cars here for as long as I can remember. I've only had to bring my cars here 1-2 times so far, but I've enjoyed the fast service and great personalities every time. Most recently, my car's automatic transmission light AND check engine light came on. I tried taking it to a mechanic nearby Tuesday morning and they said they'd get back to me in a "few days." I called them Thursday afternoon and they said they wouldn't even look at my car until the next day or Monday! I brought it to Kennesaw Auto Center overnight because I knew they had better customer service. Sure enough, they got back to me about an hour or so after they opened the next day! Unfortunately, it was an internal electrical problem, so they were not able to fix it themselves. However, they recommended a electric/transmission expert that ended up fixing my car AND they provided me with a free shuttle back to their store after I had taken mine to the other mechanic. From now on, Kennesaw Auto Center will be the first place I take my cars when something goes wrong. I personally spoke to Corey this instance and he was very understanding and kind. My parents have both worked with Brian in the past. All 3 of us highly recommend you take your cars to Kennesaw Auto Center!

I have to say that we have been going to Kennesaw Auto Center since we moved here in 2012. We have taken all our vehicles to them for any problem or just to have it checked out. They are wonderful. These men are so honest and so reasonable on their prices. They always let you know up front what is going on and the cost. They always get your approval first. That's important!! The thing that I find amazing is that they care about people. Our hats are off to this wonderful team!! Thank you guys for being the best!! Terry and Della Nichols

I drive a 2011 Toyota Camry-- first I went to valvoline right down the street & they told me it'll be $70 or $89 bucks for an oil change and then they had the nerve to tell me "if Iyou go somewhere else & get cheap oil your motor will be no good in a year".. ... C'mon man since when did a simple oil change cost damn near $100 bucks? Anyway- I went right down the street to Kennesaw auto tech and got the oil changed for $40 bucks - I'll definitely be back, this is my new spot

I have been taking my 2007 Toyota Solara convertible to Kennesaw Auto Center since I moved to Georgia 5 years ago. I have definite expectations for auto centers because my dad was a career auto mechanic and I saw how he treated his customers and the care he took with his work, and how he supervised those who worked for him. From the first time I took my car to Kennesaw Auto Center for service, I felt as if I had found my repair center. It is easy to get an appointment, the work is done promptly and well, and they never try to sell any service that is not necessary. In fact, they will tell me if they see something that could be done right away or could wait. I appreciate being educated about what's going on with my car, and they are always patient and informative. I highly recommend Kennesaw Auto Center!

I used Kennesaw Auto Center after my car broke down on the side of the road. They helped me organize a tow truck and took the time to drive me to get a rental car. Jason, was so great, as he drove me to 3 different rental places because they were either out of cars or just too expensive. I recommend them to anyone. They are fair, honest, and went above and beyond!! 5 stars!

I first went to Kennesaw Auto Center in 1989 when they were in their first location and they found and fixed an issue that the dealer could not seem to fix. I could tell they were honest and also ones to go the extra mile. I continued to go to them for many years until I moved to the other side of town. They helped me select my last 3 cars which were all work horses, and exactly what I needed as I drive a lot and also keep my cars for a long time. I have recommended them to many others over the years. Thanks Brian and Kevin Hough and Jason for the wonderful service I appreciate it!

I happened upon these guys when I was in dire need of an emissions test, and have started using them for everything. They've done my oil changes, brakes and rotor replacements etc. Everyone is great to deal with and they're happy to provide written quotes for any services they think you may need in the near future. I've also appreciated being able to make appointments for my oil changes, makes the process so much faster.
