Nice and friendly group. Awesome customer service, and they actually help the customer. I had trouble paying my repair bill. They gave me time to pay my bill without penalties.

Had to wait a week for my appointment, but it was well worth it. When I stopped by to check them out, I immediately felt very comfortable with Jason and the gang. They were very down to earth and understanding of my needs. When appointment day came, they were very accommodating getting my vehicle in as quick as possible, and keeping me informed of any changes. I was very comfortable with their diagnosis. It seemed spot on and not inflated. A good price for good work. I’ll definitely use them again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The guys that helped us were so very nice even taking my husband and I home and then coming back to get us the next day to bring us back to our vehicle after the work was done! I highly recommend them!

I made a mistake and backed into the garage with my side mirror. The arm did not break, but the actual mirror shattered. I called Kennesaw Automotive and spoke with Jason. He said he would look into it and called me back within five minutes. He researched the mirror and found out that a vehicle on the lot that was going to be sourced for parts had the exact same mirror as my car. He told me to come on over and within 20 minutes of making the original call, I was pulling out of the parking lot with a new mirror. Jason went above and beyond for me, helped me quickly, and likely saved a marriage! :) I cannot recommend this shop enough, and have always had very positive experiences at Kennesaw Automotive! They are professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable!
