There is no better customer service from mechanics and maybe even in general than that which is received from the team at this location. It is consistent. Not just one time. Not just a few times a year. But consistent amazing customer service. They of course do an amazing job servicing my car as well. I am not exaggerating. Thankful.

I have been a customer here for over 4 years. I couldn’t be happier. These guys are honest, on time and overall do a damn good job. I trust these guys with each car I have. I’m not going anywhere else. KAC is legit. Just the best !!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I moved to the area 7 years ago and was worried about finding a good and honest mechanic. These guys are always courteous, take their time to explain the issue in detail until I understand what needs to be done. They ask a fair price for parts & labor and they do an excellent job every time. I only wish I could choose higher than 5 stars!

I normally work with Bill Golden and I have never been so happy with a mechanic shop before. He actually take the time to answer all of my questions in detail and explains what each service means. He never talks down to me or treats me differently because I am a women (which happens a lot in this industry). He actually saved me hundreds of dollars when another shop tried to pushed me into a service I actually did not even need. He and the team at Kennesaw Auto Center are quick, reliable, professional, and some of the nicest people you will meet.

I have an older car and have always found them to be honest and provide excellent service. When I have had costly repairs, they have helped me prioritize them and recommend the best actions to keep me safe and on the road.

The service is excellent and I trust their opinion and always feel that the customer comes first. Their prices are fair and the work is excellent.

Very professional and courteous. However, since they stopped accepting their coupon booklet the costs are much higher than average even for most routine maintenance, almost same as dealerships. So no longer is this value for money.
