I have used KAC for all of my vehicles since 1999. KAC has always done a great job at a fair price. They always do a thorough job of analyzing the condition of our car and giving us a very good estimate. I trust the people at KAC. And KAC stands behind their work. One time, in all of these years, we had a problem with the repair to our electric power steering unit. It was a labor intensive job. The new unit failed after 3 days. KAC immediately replaced the unit at their expense. We just recently had our Lexus brakes repaired at KAC. There was a noticeable shimmy in the wheel and the braking seemed weak. I thought that we were going to need all of the rotors and pads replaced, an expensive job. Cory (KAC) was able to save the rotors, and the pads were still in great shape. They could have easily told us that we needed to replace everything and given us a big bill. Now we will get another 20k miles before we know that we will need complete replacement. But we saved some money for now and we have time to budget for the repair in a few months. I also have greatly appreciated the van service that they provide for free to my home and back when I drop off my car for the day. We also use KAC to do pre-purchase inspections on any used car that we are considering buying. KAC has saved us thousands of dollars by doing thorough reviews of these used cars and weeding out the bad ones. They typically charged me about $80 for each review (hybrids and high end cars were a little more) to be able to tell me if the car was a good buy or a financial disaster. Worth every penny that they charged!
