An excellent place for car service. They answered all my questions and did not try and sell me unneeded services . My safety was their prime concern. All transactions were done over the phone and an outdoor drop box and key station was used for key pass over. I will be using them in the future to service my one car and two trucks.

Bright cheerful attitude and thorough explanation of mechanical issues every step of the way. If you're looking for the model of what the car repair shop customer service should be, here it is. And yes, they fixed my problem.

I had AAA tow my dodge dart here because it was the closest location which meant it was a free tow and I had come here before for a belt (which I also had a problem on). I needed my clutch replaced and they quoted me $2,100 because they said they would need to replace my flywheel because it was a multi fly wheel that often went bad. I called a couple other places and my usual mechanic (quoted me $1,300) and none of the other shops mentioned anything about replacing my fly wheel. I called back and tole Kennesaw Auto Center that I was going to take it somewhere else and they told me anyone else telling me other info was lying to me and that I shouldn't trust them. Well I brought it to my other mechanic (a $70 tow) and they did it and said it was a standard fly wheel that they just had to resurface. I give them 3 stars because they seemed nice and had done something to my other car before and I had an okay experience. Also they didn't work on my car so I don't know wether they would have charged me or not for the fly wheel when my car doesn't even have the flywheel they said it did.
