Great place! One of the few times in Kennesaw I didn't feel exploited like being a Star Wars fan and seeing The Last Jedi.

I trust them to tell me what is necessary and what isn't critical at the moment. Have been taking my car there for at least 9 years and always see the same people working there. This makes me feel it's a good place to work and that they take pride in their business. I often wait for my car to be serviced, and I have noted that many customers who come in are regular, returning customers. This exemplifies to me the trustworthiness of KAC's service. Also, the waiting area is clean and comfortable.

This team has established a huge amount of trust in their capability and ethics for our vehicles. Our ‘16 Kia Sedona, ‘09 Jeep Wrangler, and ‘87 Suzuki Samurai are all taken care of at Kennesaw Auto. Always suggesting a range of understandable options for any fix, it is as though they are also in the business of helping us manage our expenses. There are few businesses, let alone car repair, that can make a customer feel this way.
