Been to kennesaw auto center for oil change, tire rotation, balancing etc for almost an year. No complaints so far. These people are easy to work with.

I love this place! I've been coming here for 15 years, and have always been taken very good care of. All of the mechanics are certified and extremely skilled. AND the service managers are very knowledgeable, and willing to work with you in order to get your car back on the road.

They are always professional & truly care about their customer. They always let you know the cost of repair once they check all that needs to be done for your approval to proceed. If the time line for repair needs to be a little longer they call to let you know. We had a very minor problem after picking up the truck & the team immediately took care of it. They are very patient in explaining anything you want to know. We've used Kennesaw Auto for over 25 years and their standard of excellence for customers is their number one goal. Excellent and quick turnaround on repair of inoperable front doors. Kept me apprised of the status. Easy drop off and pick up.

I need a new motor for my window and they told me it’s 60 bucks just to take off the door panel, so when they had to do that they saw I needed a motor and told me it would be another 530 bucks. Which absolutely makes no sense because I just found a shop that will get the part and do the repair for less and 200. This place sucks.
