Front driver side bearing was bad. Found out later on the Axle was also bad, but they only charged me for the axle. Great guys.

We've been going to Kennesaw Auto for at least 15 years, probably more. Corey and his whole team are always nice, helpful and friendly. The advice we've received has helped us make decisions about whether to keep or sell cars based on what work needed to be done on older cars. They are usually able to fit is in when needed. I love the after hours drop off service as well.

Integrity is the main reason for this review this time around. Integrity. Grateful for the service, honesty, & care of the men at this shop. But I definitely have to add customer service. My mother and the company she has worked with for 10+ years has been using Kennesaw auto for a very long time. So of course she told me about them and I have been coming here for a while now myself and I can’t express enough how the customer service is unmatched both in auto but also in general. It’s very easy to see why this business has steady business always and consistent good reviews. Thank you. Very much.

I have been using Kennesaw Auto for the past four years, and twelve years before that when I last lived in Georgia. They are always polite, explain everything to me in terms I can understand, and advise me if there is something extra I should consider doing- and why. I trust them to keep me and my daughters- or our respective vehicles- in safe working condition.

Absolutely phenomenal service! I dropped my car off and they even gave me a ride to the rental car place. My son was super excited to ride in the courtesy shuttle, the man who drove us there kept my son entertained and engaged in conversation (which is hard since he has autism!). So I really appreciated that. My car was ready in one day, they communicated with me throughout the process, were very transparent about what my car needed and did an overall amazing job. I would definitely go to them again!
