Excellent service

I started using this group of mechanics when they were on Dallas Acworth HWY near my sons house. Super friendly and honest. They fixed the issue. Couple years I go but there for a different issue and found out they were bought out by another company and they found not fix my issue. I asked where the other people moved to and they told me Kennesaw. I search out to find them and discussed the issue. He was not 100% sure what the issue was . He could fix what he thought it was but then it could turn out to be something else. Long story short I had the car about 3 more years and never had the work done. I went to him with several issues and lights on. I make the comments that I had been thinking about trading cars. I left my car and he called me a couple hours later and told me the one of the problem was and it would cost over a thousand dollars and said he could do it but that I would never get that money back. And if he was me he would trade . That is what I did. The very next day I took it to check it over. He did my first oil change and tire rotation. He or the other 2 who work there will be my cars doctor. Honesty is the best policy.

I was impressed with the whole team. I came in with an older S10 truck and they took care of it as if it were their own. The truck has never ran better! Good job Kennesaw Auto!! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for auto repairs and outstanding customer service.
