The guys at Kennesaw Auto do a fantastic job. They are honest and don’t try to upsell you at every opportunity.

My 20yr old step daughter needed brakes. Kennesaw Auto charged 35% more than G&S Muffler or Kennesaw Tire Co would've done it for: $620 vs $390. I called and let them know, and asked for a more reasonable price, and their response went like this: Me: "can you offer a more competitive price?" Them: "hold on and let me go speak with my boss" Me: *waits for 2min on hold* Them: "we've put the wheels back on the car and you can come pick it up now to take it elsewhere" NEVER AGAIN

Hello Jeff. We are sorry about your negative experience with our shop. However, our prices reflect the quality of our services and products and we do not haggle with pricing. The wheels were put back on in order for your step daughter to take the car to the shop of your choice. She ended up wanting to continue with repairs at our shop, so we continued. Perhaps the best auto repair shop I’ve ever used. Extremely competent, honest, communicative and fairly priced. They have treated my car(s) as if they were their own. Won’t take my cars anywhere else!
