Kennesaw Auto Center

I have been using Kennesaw Auto for the past four years, and twelve years before that when I last lived in Georgia. They are always polite, explain everything to me in terms I can understand, and advise me if there is something extra I should consider doing- and why. I trust them to keep me and my daughters- or our respective vehicles- in safe working condition.

Absolutely phenomenal service! I dropped my car off and they even gave me a ride to the rental car place. My son was super excited to ride in the courtesy shuttle, the man who drove us there kept my son entertained and engaged in conversation (which is hard since he has autism!). So I really appreciated that. My car was ready in one day, they communicated with me throughout the process, were very transparent about what my car needed and did an overall amazing job. I would definitely go to them again!

I found this place by word of mouth which is the best advertising a business can have. I wasn't disappointed. These men were efficient, honest, sensitive to my needs, and they have reasonable prices. As I waited for my repair work to be finished, I had the opportunity to observe their interactions with a number of their clients. The vehicles were ready when promised. They explained things and were honest about the options. They were cheerful and obviously did work for people who were coming back on a regular basis for regular services. So refreshing to have found Kennesaw Auto Center. They are going to be taking care of my beloved Jeep in the future. I feel I have found an auto service I can trust. What a relief!!
