Bill and the crew at Kennesaw Auto Center are, very simply, the best group of mechanics that my family and I have had the pleasure of working with regarding all things auto. First, they are kind and considerate throughout the whole process. Second, they are knowledgeable on all levels and can patiently explain what needs to be done to a vehicle to those who might not understand technical issues with cars. Third, they will not take you for an expensive ride. They will tell you what you need to fix to be safe on the road and make recommendations beyond that if you want to know some other issues to look for. It’s all about TRUST with them. They earn your trust and DELIVER. My full A/C system needed to be replaced on my 2008 Honda Civic, and even though it is an expensive and time-consuming repair, they had it done in a day. I dropped it off overnight; it was done by 4pm the next day.These are the good guys! Highly recommend them!
