Kennesaw Auto Center

My first review ever, but Corey Ragsdale is everything that customer service should be. I had a repair done in June at Kennesaw Auto Center. I traveled to Vegas in July and a repair for the same part had to be done. I called NAPA 800 number for warranty assistance. They referred me to a shop under their NAPA umbrella. The shop in Vegas overpriced the part/repairs and I had to pay a little bit out of pocket to get my car out of the shop. Corey assisted the whole way through to ensure that I was reimbursed for any out of pocket expenses. Corey is a great asset to Kennesaw Auto Center and he represents what customer service should be. Thank you for everything Kennesaw Auto Center. You have definitely earned my future business.

A unique experience, for me. I worked with Jason, and his attention to detail was exemplary. I had significant work done on my Lexus and am more than pleased with the cost of repair…..especially compared to the dealer pricing I received. Jason conveys a real sense of honesty and confidence in his expertise. PLUS..I took vantage of the available transport to and from the center which, if you need to utilize, will offer a super cool surprise of the highest order……//and I’ll leave it at that. A 100% recommendation!

I give 100% recommendation for the team at Kennesaw Auto Center. Professional, respectful, and honest men who know their business. I’ve had the occasion to use their service a few times and have always been completely satisfied.

I assume this is the Hyundai dealer in Kennesaw. So, my opinion based on my dealings with the service department is very low on the chart. Getting your car serviced there is a laugh. Hopefully I will never have to go back there again and recommend all not to go there. No confidence in them at all.

Very helpful drove in from out of state AC went out was flying out the next day left car and keys in Dropbox got a hold of me the next day and took care of everything over the phone!!! Very helpful and professional 👍
