Did what I asked: checked brakes, repaired/restored AC, provided feedback and recommendations. No complaints. Good work based on this visit. Difficult to get a 'next day' appointment, but perhaps this speaks to their quality of work?

Bill was fantastic ! My car broke down while traveling from Ohio to Florida and it was very scary traveling alone with my disabled daughter and my puppy dog. He got my car in quickly and fixed my issue as quick as he could after a little hiccup we were on our way. It was a very stressful situation since it happened on a Saturday and had to wait until Monday morning for the shop to open but it was worth the wait to have my car in the best hands there at Kennesaw Auto Center. Awesome service, wish I had a place like this in Ohio !

They do great work here. They don’t try to run up the tab, and they’ve fixed a couple of things for me for way less than I expected. They’re straight with you about everything, which isn’t always the case with mechanics.

From the 1st & 2nd call speaking to Jason and Brian until the last call with Tim last week. Customer service was excellent. Tim was taking care of my car. He called told what he found and what needed to be done. I feel they are trustworthy to women. They work fast and work was done within 2 days. They were recommended from FIXD app. I will be using again.

The shop replaced a bad starter and a bent tie rod, as well as, helped try to diagnose some other potential engine issues on my Honda CRV. Corey was a pleasure to deal with and was very knowledgeable. They got my car back to me quicker than they originally anticipated. I would definitely use them again.
