10Apr25 UPDATE: Another great service experience with corey, Bill, Jason and the entire staff here.I have said this before, but I do not trust just anyone with the family vehicles and Kennesaw NAPA Auto Center has earned my business since they opened over 30 years ago. Every time we go there we are treated very well and we will not go elsewhere! Thank you all once again for a wonderful relationship and for taking care of my growing family! 16Jan25 UPDATE My son brought his 2018 Ford F150 4wd truck to Kennesaw Auto Center for an oil/filter change and the vehicle inspection showed that his rear brakes were at minimum standards. Kennesaw Auto Center staff repaired the truck to operational standards and now my son is safer because of their attention to our safety. Kennesaw Auto Center staff treat me and my family members like we are their own Family and I can rest easier knowing my family is safer because of their professionalism. Thank you for being there for our community and for my family. I would also like to say if you read a negative review about Kennesaw Auto Center, I would question the agenda and integrity of the reviewer leaving negative comments. I know people makes mistakes, it happens, we are human, but deal with it face to face with Kennesaw Auto Center and be an adult to try to resolve the issue, do not be a Karen/Chad and try to ruin a great business. Karma is real. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE: 30DEC24 You can see my reviews below, a consistent 5-Star rating from most, if not all, of my visits to Kennesaw NAPA Auto Center! My most recent visit was for tranny fluid/filter change, oil/filter change, front/Rear differential fluid changes, transfer case fluid change, and tire rotation. While on the rack, they found that my belt tensioner was defective, to the point of an emergency repair situation being needed. I asked them to check the reason for the dash ABS warning light, and I expected an ABD wheel sensor to be bad. We ended up replacing the passenger wheel bearing hub with ABS sensor included. I asked for an inspection of the brakes as I noticed a brake pedal pulse when brakes were used, and the front rotors were a bit warped so they were able to do a small bit of machining on the truck to correct the issue vs charging me for a full and unneeded brake job. In the end, I came out spending more than I wanted, but issues I was not aware about were found and fixed, issues that may have had major safety ramifications too. Thanks to everybody at Kennesaw Automotive for your care and attention to my family vehicles and safety. We have 4 vehicles, and the staff at Kennesaw Automotive are highly trusted to work on all of them. A special shout-out to Jason Green (who always gives credit to his Team for their great work), and to Bill, who is always ready to provide great advice and support, as well as great conversation. Thanks to you all, and let's not forget the Brothers who own the business, I hope and pray they never close this great establish that has been open and supporting our community since ~1989! The brakes are now at the top of the pedal and like new! This business is as honest and true as they come. I trust Jason, Tim, Brian and the entire gang with my vehicles, and would even let them have my kids, but I think that may be counter-productive for them. I just wanted to thank KENNESAW AUTO CENTER for the honestly they provide to the trade and for the kindness and respect they provide to my entire family.
