Bill was fantastic ! My car broke down while traveling from Ohio to Florida and it was very scary traveling alone with my disabled daughter and my puppy dog. He got my car in quickly and fixed my issue as quick as he could after a little hiccup we were on our way. It was a very stressful situation since it happened on a Saturday and had to wait until Monday morning for the shop to open but it was worth the wait to have my car in the best hands there at Kennesaw Auto Center. Awesome service, wish I had a place like this in Ohio !

Great job changing my oil, replacing my brake pads, being polite and professional, applying my AAA discount and being cheaper than the dealership!

They do great work here. They don’t try to run up the tab, and they’ve fixed a couple of things for me for way less than I expected. They’re straight with you about everything, which isn’t always the case with mechanics.

From the 1st & 2nd call speaking to Jason and Brian until the last call with Tim last week. Customer service was excellent. Tim was taking care of my car. He called told what he found and what needed to be done. I feel they are trustworthy to women. They work fast and work was done within 2 days. They were recommended from FIXD app. I will be using again.

The shop replaced a bad starter and a bent tie rod, as well as, helped try to diagnose some other potential engine issues on my Honda CRV. Corey was a pleasure to deal with and was very knowledgeable. They got my car back to me quicker than they originally anticipated. I would definitely use them again.

My first review ever, but Corey Ragsdale is everything that customer service should be. I had a repair done in June at Kennesaw Auto Center. I traveled to Vegas in July and a repair for the same part had to be done. I called NAPA 800 number for warranty assistance. They referred me to a shop under their NAPA umbrella. The shop in Vegas overpriced the part/repairs and I had to pay a little bit out of pocket to get my car out of the shop. Corey assisted the whole way through to ensure that I was reimbursed for any out of pocket expenses. Corey is a great asset to Kennesaw Auto Center and he represents what customer service should be. Thank you for everything Kennesaw Auto Center. You have definitely earned my future business.

A unique experience, for me. I worked with Jason, and his attention to detail was exemplary. I had significant work done on my Lexus and am more than pleased with the cost of repair…..especially compared to the dealer pricing I received. Jason conveys a real sense of honesty and confidence in his expertise. PLUS..I took vantage of the available transport to and from the center which, if you need to utilize, will offer a super cool surprise of the highest order……//and I’ll leave it at that.
