Great experience! When I called with an issue, they instructed me to call the dealer as there may have been a recall, and they didn’t want me to spend unnecessary money. It turns out there was no recall for my particular vehicle, but I really appreciated the attempt to save me an expensive repair. I ended up spending what I consider to be a good chunk of money here, but it feels good to have my car back and feel confident the work was done properly.
