I first went to Kennesaw Auto Center in 1989 when they were in their first location and they found and fixed an issue that the dealer could not seem to fix. I could tell they were honest and also ones to go the extra mile. I continued to go to them for many years until I moved to the other side of town. They helped me select my last 3 cars which were all work horses, and exactly what I needed as I drive a lot and also keep my cars for a long time. I happened upon these guys when I was in dire need of an emissions test, and have started using them for everything. They've done my oil changes, brakes and rotor replacements etc. Everyone is great to deal with and they're happy to provide written quotes for any services they think you may need in the near future. I've also appreciated being able to make appointments for my oil changes, makes the process so much faster.
Kennesaw Auto has been my one and only go-to for my 2011 Range Rover Sport. It is EXTREMELY difficult to find a shop that will even work on Rovers. These folks not only repair my RR with the highest work standards, they always stand behind any work they do. The level of professionalism & customer service is unmatched. I am a lifelong customer of Kennesaw Auto Center. All work performed by these great folks has been at an amazingly reasonable & fair price. 5 Stars. A+++++

To put it simply, I brought my vehicle in with codes already printed out stating why the check engine light is on. KAC charged me for diagnostics and work that still left the check engine light with the probability that the car would break down any day or moment. I spent over 600 there just to have them tell me we "missed" a problem and KAC wanted another 500 to 800 to solve the exact same problem i was still sitting on. Then Corey had the gaull to tell me they did everything right and the best they could do to satisfy a paying customer was 150 store credit towards future work! Dont take your vehicle to these shysters. They have the highest shop/labor hours in the area.
I've been bringing my vehicle here the last two oil changes. Couldn't be happier with the service. They are fast professional and reasonably priced. Will continue to use them for all my service/repair needs.
