Victor, when you brought the vehicle to us without an appointment we advised we may not be able to work on it until after the weekend. We actually were able to squeeze your service in and try to duplicate your concerns in the vehicle prior to the weekend. Fortunately we were not able to duplicate the issue and gave you a call to let you know you may pick up the vehicle. The vehicle was not picked up until 3 days after we spoke to you and advised we were not able to replicate the issue. We did not lie about the vehicle nor service it as we could not replicate the concern you brought to our attention. If you would like to review your service visit again with us we would be happy to discuss it.

All I have to say is wow. The two gentleman that took care of me were amazing. My low beam went out and I tried replacing it myself but wasn’t able to pop out the light bulb. Drove to the dealership and they wanted $170 to replace ONE low beam light bulb. I instantly went to google to find the nearest Auto Repair shop near my location and I ended up at NAPA in Kennesaw. We’re they took care of me in less then 15 minutes!! These guys are great I definitely recommend them!
