This team is awesome. Customer service is off the charts. Tim was great to work with. While waiting in the lobby I observed interactions with several customers and employees on the Kennesaw auto team. The focus on taking care of each situation blew me away. No more dealership visits for me!

I’ve been going to Kennesaw Auto Center for several years. They always provide great professional service. I know they do not try to sell me on parts or service, they are honest. I moved 45 minutes away and drive to them for everything.

My daughter works at KSU since graduating from KSU and we live 3.5 hours away. I researched garages in the area when she started school back in 2019 that were willing to work on her 1996 Ford Bronco. We’ve relied on this shop multiple times for several repairs from brakes to tuneups. We are very happy with the results and as long as our daughter is living and working in Kennesaw, they will be our go to repair shop.

I went in for an oil change and had made an appointment prior to going. The shop had me in and out in 20 minutes!

Took a car in for a pre- purchase inspection. Seems like a great repair shop. Will definitely take in car in the future. Hopefully not too often :)

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kennesaw Auto Center. They are honest about what needs to be done to your car, reasonable with their charges and proficient at repairs. It’s been a pleasure working with them over many years.
