They were very quick and professional. They were very knowledgeable in what they are doing. They are military friendly as well which is always a bonus. Their customer service in general is phenomenal which makes them a perfect place to take your vehicle for all its needs.

After using the Nissan dealership, AND the Infinity dealerships over the years we initially brought our cars here intending to double check and/or get a second opinion after getting suspicious we were being misdiagnosed and overcharged. In the end they earned our business by doing something so basic....telling the truth! My Altima was vibrating and the dealership told me I needed a new transmissionand and it'd be over 2 grand with a little over 100k miles. What?!? I brought it here and they test drove it and found the muffler had simply come loose from a bracket and was touching the bottom of the car creating vibrations instead of the rubber contacts as intended. $45 instead of thousands. We were lied to about our brakes squeaking by another place and sure enough the issue actually was fixable and very inexpensive instead of brand new brakes as we were told. Point is, these guys are what you always look for in an auto repair place: Good people with high integrity. You couldn't ask for more.

The team here at Kennesaw Auto Center is great! They are extremely knowledgable and professional. The waiting room has comfortable chairs and coffee which I happily partake in and is kept clean. I always feel they give me an honest diagnosis of my issues which is something not so common nowadays. They value their customers and treat you like family. They also support first responders and military! I moved 40 miles away and will still make the trip to see them!

I had to get the front-end alignment dialed in after a year-and-a-half restoration of a 1966 VW beetle. The team at Kennesaw Auto Center were great; professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. I was concerned about a shop working on such an old model but they knew exactly what to do. I’ll definitely be calling on them again for future service.

Everytime I need something done for any of my vehicles, I go the Kennesaw Auto Center where I get a great crew to work on my stable of 5 vehicles. Jason and his Team know how to work on my '78 Bronco, all the way to my '17 Accord, and I leave happy. I leave knowing the work has been done, at a reasonable price, by trained personnel and backed by an outstanding warranty. I feel appreciated when leave KAC and refer all of my friends here. While most of the services I get from them, I could do, I would rather spend my time with my family and let these experts take care of my vehicles. Doing so has allowed issues I was not aware of, to be found before they became costly repairs. Spend time with your family, let the Hometown Pros at Kennesaw Auto Center take care of the hard stuff. This has been a review by a very 'hard-to-please' consumer, me. Not a penny or a pound was provided to me, offered to me, or discount provided for my honest re view. I truly love these guys, and my family does too (more time with Dad and no screaming coming from the garage anymore)!
