Representatives are courteous, professional, and excellent listeners. Representatives always document issues discussed on phone when scheduling an appointment and relay them in detail upon arrival. After service, explanation of work done and possible future service needs are discussed. The professional service and courtesy are superb. I will continue to schedule maintenance here and appreciate the efficiency, clarity and precision of service.

Staff is always exceptionally courteous. It’s never fun to have repairs done, but KAC employees always make it a good experience. I’ve never had any problems with any work or repairs at KAC.
