I can't say enough good things about my experience with Tyler at Kennesaw Auto Center. My 2016 Honda Odyssey was running erratically, hesitating to accelerate in start-stop traffic but with no obvious reason. Brought vehicle and did overnight drop-off. KAC called first thing the next day and we talked about the symptoms. They drove the vehicle, did a full diagnostic, researched the Honda service bulletins and pinpointed a Honda SB that detailed exactly what I was experiencing, which turned out to be a fault in the transmission software that had to be updated by the Honda dealer. They gave me a copy of the SB, explained exactly what I needed to tell the Honda dealer and gave me a recommendation for another transmission place in case the dealer determined this wasn't the fix. ALL THIS AND KAC DID NOT CHARGE ME A DIME ! That's service!! BTW, went to the Honda dealership and turns out KAC's diagnosis was spot on. Needless to say, next issue I have, I'll be going back to KAC!
