Kennesaw Auto Center

I love these guys. My family has been taking our cars here for as long as I can remember. I've only had to bring my cars here 1-2 times so far, but I've enjoyed the fast service and great personalities every time. Most recently, my car's automatic transmission light AND check engine light came on. I tried taking it to a mechanic nearby Tuesday morning and they said they'd get back to me in a "few days." I called them Thursday afternoon and they said they wouldn't even look at my car until the next day or Monday! I brought it to Kennesaw Auto Center overnight because I knew they had better customer service. Sure enough, they got back to me about an hour or so after they opened the next day! Unfortunately, it was an internal electrical problem, so they were not able to fix it themselves. However, they recommended a electric/transmission expert that ended up fixing my car AND they provided me with a free shuttle back to their store after I had taken mine to the other mechanic. From now on, Kennesaw Auto Center will be the first place I take my cars when something goes wrong. I personally spoke to Corey this instance and he was very understanding and kind. My parents have both worked with Brian in the past. All 3 of us highly recommend you take your cars to Kennesaw Auto Center!

We used to live next door with them in Kennesaw, now we moved to Marietta we still drive 30 mins to see these guys for our car needs! We love Kennesaw Auto and always trust them! Very honest .. cant say more but truly honest guys!

I have to say that we have been going to Kennesaw Auto Center since we moved here in 2012. We have taken all our vehicles to them for any problem or just to have it checked out. They are wonderful. These men are so honest and so reasonable on their prices. They always let you know up front what is going on and the cost. They always get your approval first. That's important!! Highly recommended Kennesaw Auto. Corey was super helpful, honest, and professional. Was in Kennesaw from out of town this week when experienced car troubles. Corey took the time to evaluate the situation and provided reassurance. If I lived in this area, I would definitely bring my car here regularly.

I only trust my trucks to Jason and his crew. I know that no matter the problem he is going to give me the best options for the situation and never try to up sell me. You can go get a free reading from a parts store, but when you're ready to talk to actual pros, go see these guys.

Ok so this is my second review, I will leave the review from 2 years ago below. don't know how to do a separate new one. SO yeah I am having a birthday Sunday and yesterday I was able to get in and not only get my oil changed but they were nice enough to take care of my emissions as well. Always helpful and quick. Great technicians and great service! Just don't do like me and wait to the last min and hope they are able to make a miracle happen... oops. THANKS AGAIN guys for your AWESOME service!!!!! A+++++ 2 years ago. I went to this Napa Auto Center station that is close to my work, the guys are super professional and extremely nice. Jason was extremely knowledgable and was able to run down the issues I was having, also showed me one of the solutions was a much cheaper fix to what I was told would be needed. (yeah no motor replacement) But they were able to get me in and out and for a killer price!!!! These guys rock!!! Thanks Jason!!!
